Cockburn River Campsite

Cockburn River Campsite is in a clearing in the trees next to the Cockburn River. A lovely spot to go for little walks or just sit there and watch the birds that abound in this area.

We did both – sitting in our chairs close to the caravan.

Photos taken on a walk down to the river bed.

I think this is the first time we stayed in a free camp without anybody else camped in the area. So quiet and tranquil. Only complaint: There is no 3G reception and therefore no internet in the area.
