To Roma

Waking up to an overcast morning in Tambo, Lesley checked out the weather over the internet. Showers were forecast. As the road we planned to take was meant to be open for 4WD vehicles only, we didn’t want to risk getting stuck out there should it rain. Change of plan: We will head south and then East along the Warrego highway. We might head to Nanango where a few friends are currently staying.

We did encounter rain in the morning, so I am glad we did not go along the 4WD road. We had a good ride, although the Warrego Highway is busier than any of the roads we have been on lately.

We went to the showgrounds in Roma and spent the afternoon lazing around. Not an idyllic site. The back of the Kedron was against a very busy road.

I explored the showgrounds and saw some lovely horses.

Not sure what these two are up to.

Kissing or biting?
